Troubleshooting
Issue: Music does not play when tapping the music note icon Fixed
Some users may experience an issue where tapping the music note icon changes it to a pause symbol, but no music is heard.
This may happen when the iPhone ringer is turned off or set to silent mode.
Temporary workaround
Until our team fixes this issue in an upcoming update, you can try the following steps:
Open your iPhone Settings.
Go to Sounds & Haptics.
Make sure your ringer and alert volume is turned up.
Turn off Silent Mode, or switch the ringer back on.
Return to Golnar and tap the music note icon again.
We understand that many people keep their phones on silent or vibrate mode. We are working on an update so the music can play regardless of ringer status.
